Griffith Observatory Proposal and Engagement Photography / Keiko + Dennis

On Valentine’s Day weekend, I had the pleasure to captured a sweet surprise marriage proposal and engagement session of Keiko and Dennis at the gorgeous Griffith Observatory in LA. Keiko was shocked by the proposal and also seeing a large group of her closest friends there to root her handsome partner on. It was such a delightful sight to witness. Here’s Keiko & Dennis own words about their love story and plans for the future :)

1) Briefly, how did you two meet?

Keiko and Dennis met in college 14 years ago through a mutual friend. They became best friends and roommates, then after 6 years of friendship it eventually blossomed into a relationship in 2013 and they have been together ever since.

2) Keiko and Dennis: What are your favorite hobbies?

Keiko and Dennis love traveling and exploring new destinations and cuisines around the world.

3) What characteristics do you like about one another?

Dennis: she makes me laugh and I love her personality. Her small quirks bring out the best in her.
Keiko: he's a very thoughtful, kind, and considerate person.

4) How do you envision for your future together as soon to be married couple?

Lots of dogs, food, kids, and happiness.

Pregnancy is beautiful journey and it's a big milestone in a woman's life. As a Mom of 2, I understand the important needs to captured these precious moments with your significant other and your growing belly before baby's arrival. Being a professional photographer, the most rewarding feeling is knowing that your work will be cherish for a lifetime. Hello beautiful people! Embrace all the upcoming FALL Season & HOLIDAY season activities. 

This is the 6th year I am offering our popular Holiday mini session early this time in LA & OC counties! We are almost all booked in the month of September and some early October. And with so many requests, we have decided to extend our Fall Mini Sessions until the month of December as well. Spots are booking up quickly!

The mini sessions are great for any occasion: Families, Couples, Kids ..etc. and they are perfect for the Holiday Family card season. Gift certificates are also available!

*** Below is what I'm offering at a great rate and keep in mind of the traveling time, the EXCELLENT beautiful QUALITY photos, and of course photo editing time (the work is not done after shooting your photo session) ***

The FAMILY MINI SESSION includes:

2 Location options in the Long Beach areas: Shoreline Village or El Dorado Park  

- One photographer: Janice Owen

- Variety of Poses: Group, Single, Pairs, Candid, Details etc...

- All props are welcome

30 mins - $160

- 30 mins session: You'll receive 8 beautifully enhanced digital hi-res color corrected images
- Private Online Gallery - Digital Download with no watermarks

• I do require a $50 retainer fee to book the session. This is applied towards the session and the balance is due on the day of the session.

• Additional digital images are $10.00/a la cart (per digital)

- Finished photos will be deliver through a private online gallery, Digital Photos only, NO CDs or USB (*We don't deal with prints so clients have all the printing rights)

- All images with Printing rights & Social Media License
- Up to 4 people – $20/additional person - Photos will be ready in 5 days or less
