One bright and warm summer day in Cherry Valley, California, I had the pleasure and honor in assisting my good friend and mentor, Carissa Woo, as her second shooter. The happily engaged couple is Kimmy and Phong, both with great chemistry, charisma and style. They are getting married in December 2015. Overall, this engagement session was bursting with colors, fun, and especially lots of love. Newport Beach Marriott Hotel / Wedding Photographer / Shireen + Joey

Shireen and Joey are great friends of ours, and here's a little story about our friendship. Joey and my husband David are best friends from Moorpark High School, and I met my now husband David at a social function which he was at with Joey. Later on, Joey met the love of his life Shireen at a friend's gathering and they have been inseparable ever since. Joey recently finished his MBA and the newlyweds reside in Orange County. David proudly served as Joey's Best Man and we were so excited to see them tie the knot in the beautiful city of Newport Beach. All of their families and friends at the wedding couldn't have been happier to see a couple so much in love, and overall it was such a great celebration! Shireen and Joey were very kind to let me photograph as a wedding guest and I am so pleased with the beautiful photos. Rancho Los Alamitos Historic Ranch and Gardens / Long Beach / Maternity Photographer / Megan + Ed

The gorgeous Megan and her handsome hubby Ed are extremely excited about their first child they're expecting this month of October. It could be any day now... a healthy baby boy! Megan and Ed met online and started dating long distance, since they were from different states. It was truly love at first sight and soon they settled in together in Valencia. Ed is a designer and a musician. In his free time he enjoys building and restoring guitars and working on his DeLorean. Megan love fitness, decorating, and simply enjoys putting together their baby's nursery. They love to travel together, and doing anything artistic and creative makes them both happy... Megan and Ed are huge fans of Disneyland and they can't wait to bring baby there when he's a little older.  

The love birds got married on August 23, 2012 in Draper, Utah and are both very much in love. They are looking forward to being parents and growing their family of three. Thank you for allowing me to captured such precious moments of your maternity experience Megan and Ed too.. hehe. I wish you both and your baby the very best! Once again, congratulations on being new parents. Cheers!
